Urban 1/Urban 2

This project explores the juxtaposition of two prominent characteristics of urban areas, titling them Urban 1 and Urban 2. Urban 1 is the raw and colourful aspect of the city; with layers of spray paint upon the streets and buildings. Urban 2 is the part of the area with smooth architecture, clear walls and an overall polished veneer. By juxtaposing the two I aim to celebrate their contrast.

Tectonics (2020)

Tectonics (2020) was a collaborative exhibition planned and executed by fellow ceramic students with the guidance of our tutors. Within this exhibition featured Urban 1/Urban 2 (2020), a series juxtaposing two aspects of a city as a way of celebrating their unique qualities.
